Driver's License Suspension and Revocation
If you are a multiple DUI offender, you will have your driver's license suspended or revoked depending on the circumstances of your case. A suspended driver's license can be reinstated for a fee after the suspension period is over. If your license was revoked, you must attend a Secretary of State Reinstatement Hearing, at which time you will try to convince the Secretary of State's office that your alcohol problem is resolved.
