1. You have the right to ask the Police Officer for their identification including their NAME & STAR NUMBER. You DO NOT have to engage them in a back and forth of questions and answers to be provided with their name and star number.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO JUSTIFY YOUR REQUEST IN ANY WAY.

THE POLICE ARE OBLIGATED TO GIVE YOU THIS INFORMATION !!!

2. You have the right to remain SILENT and NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS or you have the right to decline individual questions especially those that are not relevant or possibly incriminating such as:

A. where you are coming from?

B. where you are going?

C. what you have been doing?

D. who are / were you with?

E. why you are driving this particular vehicle?

F. do you know why I am stopping you?

G. Have you had anything to drink?

F. Are you using drugs?

H. Do you have any medical conditions?

I. Are you on any medication(s)?

THESE QUESTIONS ARE ALL DESIGNED TO TRAP YOU !!!

THEY WILL ASK YOU SEEMINGLY INNOCENT QUESTIONS LIKE THE DAY OF WEEK, TIME, OR DATE. ITS EASY TO BE INCORRECT EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT CONSUMED ANY ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. Politely decline to answer ANY questions.

5. You have the right to (politely) decline to participate in Standardized Field

Sobriety Testing (DUI Field Tests).

eyes (Horizontal and / or Vertical Gaze Nystagmus Test).

8. You have the right to (politely) decline a breath, blood or urine test.

9. You have the right to ASK FOR or DECLINE Emergency Medical Services.

“I’m sorry sir, I do not wish to have any Emergency Medical Services.

I do not consent. Please stop asking me. I do not have anything to prove”

10. You have the right to refuse to allow the Police to search your vehicle

(unless you are under arrest).

“OFFICER, IF YOU HAVE A SEARCH WARRANT, YOU MAY SEARCH MY VEHICLE. OTHERWISE, I DO NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO SEARCH MY VEHICLE”

If you’re POLITE and stick to these answers EXACTLY you will greatly minimize ANY possible case against you and increase the difficulty of the State to prove you guilty.

It’s the State’s job to prove you GUILTY, BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.
